Danish String Quartet 是当前最受瞩目的其中一个当代弦乐四重奏乐团，甫推出的新专辑 Last Leaf，是继2014年 Wood Works (Dacapo Records 唱片公司) 之后的最新力作。
这张专辑的创作灵感来自于圣诞节的一首耳熟能详的歌曲 “Now found is the Fairest of Roses”，此曲原为1732年丹麦神学家及诗人 H.A. Brorson 之作，可谓是一个有趣又具个人特色的音乐之旅的起点。
