The Ferrara In Jazz goes on with its 20th edition after the usual summer break.
The festival takes place in the appealing location of the Torrione San Giovanni (St. John’s Great Tower).
There will be three concerts per week (on Friday, Saturday and Monday) featuring more than 40 lives played by national and international jazz stars.
The lineup features many great artists such as Craig Taborn and Dave King, Aruàn Ortiz and Don Byron, Marc Ribot, Fabrizio Bosso, Steve Swallow, Javier Girotto, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Francesco Cafiso, Jamie Saft, Andrew D’angelo, Chris Speed, Uri Caine, Marco Cappelli, Dayna Stephens, Yamandu Costa, Bobby Previte, Alessandro Lanzoni, Erik Friedlander, George Cables, Victor Lewis, Andrea Pozza, Larry Ochs, Justin Kauflin, Ben Monder, Giovanni Guidi, Seamus Blake, Francesco Bearzatti, Aaron Parks and Piero Odorici.
