Sky Music: A Tribute to Terje Rypdal, will be issued in next August. For the Norwegian artist’s 70th birthday, the producer and guitarist Henry Kaiser has gathered some of the most gifted contemporary guitarists, who were in some ways influenced by Rypdal, in order to realize a tribute to his music. The album features, among others, Nels Cline, Bill Frisell, David Torn, Jim O’Rourke, Hedvig Mollestad Thomasson and Raoul Bjørkenheim
