Amir Elsaffar’s new album, together with the Rivers of Sound Orchestra, will be released on next June 16 by the New Amsterdam Label. In the new work, the American trumpeter and composer deepens the concepts he had explored in the three previous albums with the Two Rivers sextet, with an ensemble featuring 17 elements, at ease with both western and middle eastern tradition.
