Dan Barnett Big Band is an ensemble of 17 elements, in which are standing out the leader on vocals and trombone, Sam Rollings on guitar, Andrew Dickerson on drums, David Theak on tenor saxophone, Peter Locke on piano, Kelly Ottaway on both vibrafone and arranger in six tracks; special guest in Walkin’ Shoes is the singer Tricia Evy. The album features a series of classic jazz tracks signed by Duke Ellington, Dizzy Gillespie, George Gershwin, Mose Allison, etc., as well as “Good Times Bad Times”, an original track.
