Workin’ Label released on October 5 Birthplace, the new album by Emanuele Coluccia. Pianist, saxophonist, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, composer, director of orchestra, and music professor, developed his career through Europe and United States, as he moved to New York in 1999 and went back to Italy several years after. This new album was performed in trio with the double bassist Luca Alemanno and the drummer Dario Congedo. The eight original tracks mark the recap of a path, a return to the place of origin, where the potential is maximum and the possibilities are endless, starting point of a new life. The musical narration is also represented in the video teasers preceding the release of the album. The travel, the flight, the return, the place of birth, the retracing of his own story with the aim of discovering a new and creative person, ready to live more intensely.
