La Vita Semplice is the debut record as a leader of the composer, harmonica and flute player Marco Tuma, released by Dodicilune label. Tuma builds his “Brazil Project” on the idea of an imaginary Brazil with seven previously unreleased tunes and the covers of “Eu Sei Que Vou Te Amar” by Antonio Carlos Jobim and Vinicius De Moraes, “Samba Em Preludio” by Baden Powell and “What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life?” by Michel Legrand. Tuma (chromatic harmonica, flute, soprano saxophone and glockenspiel) directs an ensemble featuring Giuseppe Tarantino as narrator, Claudio Tuma on guitar, Redi Hasa on cello, Giuseppe Magagnino on piano, Tonino Vantaggiato on double bass and Alessio Borgia on drums.
