Miles Davis was an American jazz musician, trumpeter, composer, director, and he was among the 20th century most influential musicians. He was one of the Cool Jazz creators and a Bebop pioneer.
As jazz music became gradually accepted, also Miles Davis’ work importance gradually increased. He was famous for his researched looks on stage, very different from the first jazz musicians’ sloppy dresses.
He is also remembered for his bad temper. His music is soft and the melodies are accurate. Jazz gave him fame and also made him rich, and therefore he became a model for successful musicians.
