Simona Premazzi’s new work, Outspoken, was released on July 14. The Italian pianist, living in New York for more than a decade, recorded the CD with Dayna Stephens on saxophone (who is also author of one of the tracks), Joe Martin on bass, Nasheet Waits on drums and Sara Serpa as special guest on vocals in the track “It Is Here”, taken from a poem by Harold Pinter. The record features original tracks and a reinterpretation of the very famous classic track “Lush Life”.
