Far From Over, Vijay Iyer‘s new record, will be released on August 25 by ECM. The artist’s 5th album released by the German label since 2014, features a sextet composed by the leader on piano and on Rhodes, Tyshawn Sorey on drums, Stephan Crump on double bass, Mark Shim on tenor saxophone, Steve Lehman on alto saxophone, and Graham Hayes on cornet, flugelhorn and electronics.
