第22屆加拉納爵士音樂節（Garana Jazz Festival）即將於2018年7月12日至15日，在位於羅馬尼亞的外西凡尼亞區的一個小城鎮加拉納（Gărâna）舉辦。
最早起源於朋友之間的即興演奏會，如今已演變為國際間的重要盛事，並邀請到來自世界各地的知名音樂家，在為期四天的音樂節期間，分別於三個不同的舞台上演出，包括 La Classe Operaia Va In Paradiso、Pink Freud、Kekko Fornarelli Trio 三重奏、Avishai Cohen、Elena Mindru、Emil Bizga Quartet 四重奏、Finnection feat. Adam Baldych、Benny Rietveld Trio feat. Marcel Moldovan、Roberto Fonseca Trio 三重奏、Stefano Battaglia Trio 三重奏，以及 Stanley Clark Band 樂團。
