J.A.M 這個小型爵士樂團是由鋼琴手佐藤丈青（Josei）、低音提琴手秋田紀彰（Akita Goldman）及鼓手綠川直人（Midorin） 所組成的三重奏，團名即是這三位團員名字的合稱。成團的計畫源自於這三位日本樂手原本即是「 Soil & “Pimp” Sessions 」這個六人團體的主要成員。而奠基於經典爵士鋼琴三重奏組合的這張專輯，藉著對律動感的特別關注，進而探索不同聲響的世界。
