本次的專訪人物是兩位建築師 Maurizio Zucca 與 Alessandra Rasetti，這對賢伉儷在去年12月，在距離都靈市區一小時車程的 Eclause（伊克勞斯） 城鎮，重新整修了鎮上的老舊餐酒館並以 Cantina Alpina 之名重新開張，一個能夠再次復甦這個幾乎被世人遺忘的小村鎮的遠大計劃。Jazzespresso 很榮幸能成為即將於9月28日至30日在此舉辦的田園音樂節（Grangia Fest ）的媒體合作夥伴，為期三天的音樂節，除了 Night Dreamers、Filippo Cosentino、Stefano Risso、Federico Marchesano 等知名音樂家所帶來的爵士音樂會之外，也將有瑜珈、工作坊、新書發表會以及美食饗宴等各式音樂相關活動。
